If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain goods are not eligible for return. Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n<li>Certain health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n<li>Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.<\/li>\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company. Sale items are not refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
