Delete your account

You can close your TCG House account at any time. That deletes the account and everything attached to it — your collection, your wishlist, your public profile and your alerts.

In the app, in four steps

Open TCG House on your phone.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
Confirm. You are signed out and your data is gone.

By email instead

If you cannot get in — because you no longer have the app, or you cannot sign in — email us from the address on your account. We delete the account within thirty days and confirm it by email.

What gets deleted

Your accountemail address, name, profile photo and sign-in method

Your collectionevery scanned card, quantity, condition and purchase price

Your profileyour public profile goes, and your username becomes free again

Want your data first?

Export your collection as a CSV file before you delete: in the app under Extras → Import/export, or on the site in your collection. After deletion we cannot recover anything.

What stays for a while

Accounting records of a purchase are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it. They are separate from your account and can no longer be traced to you once the account is gone. Backups expire within thirty days.
